Safe, fiber-tested cleaning for wool, silk, Persian, Oriental and modern area rugs — in your home or at our rug cleaning facility. Open 24/7.
We only show real reviews from real customers. Read what Manhattan and NYC homeowners say about our carpet, rug and upholstery cleaning on our Google Business Profile.

A good rug is often the most valuable textile in a home. It is also one of the easiest to damage with the wrong cleaning. Too much water, too much heat or the wrong chemical can make dyes bleed, shrink a wool foundation or leave a rug stiff. That is why every rug we clean starts with a close look at how it is made.
We are a family-run company that has cleaned rugs since 2005. Our IICRC-certified technicians clean rugs in Manhattan homes, and we also wash rugs at our own rug cleaning facility when a full immersion wash is the right choice.
We identify the fiber, check the backing and fringe, and test dyes for bleeding before any water touches the rug.
Most dirt in a rug is dry sand and grit. We remove as much as possible before washing, which protects the fibers and gives a cleaner result.
Synthetic and sturdy wool rugs can often be cleaned in your home. Fine Oriental, antique and silk rugs are usually best washed at our facility, where they can be rinsed fully and dried flat under control.
Pet urine is one of the most common rug problems. We use an enzyme treatment that breaks it down at the source. We are honest about what can come out — some old stains and dye damage are permanent.
We groom the pile, straighten and clean the fringe, and dry the rug carefully so it lies flat and keeps its shape.

We test every rug’s dyes before cleaning and choose the method and solution to match. That is the most important step in safe rug cleaning.
It depends on the rug, its size and how much treatment it needs. We give you a clear timeline when we pick it up.
